Good location, big room and friendly staff

Location is great, it is very close to new embankment with a lot of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walking (UP) to Taksim, also being located on quite calm street and on fully flat neighborhood. Room is clean and quite comfortable. Staff is very helpful and everyone has fluent English.

I would like first to mention that I am a returning resident to this hotel. I have got it this time with an excellent price. The hotel’s location is perfect. The hotel is a walking distance from Galataport and near two tramway stations of Tophane & Karaköy. The hotel is not far away from Eminönü port. The size of the room is fair. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nearby Carrefour. The guy at the night shift, unfortunately I did not get his name, was a gentleman.

We had a small issue during check-in due to a "problem" the hotel mentioned, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a modern design and perfectly functioning facilities. The staff was always polite and welcoming, making us feel at home. I want to give special thanks to Adeliya, who truly went above and beyond. She showed great empathy throughout our stay, constantly checking in to see how we were doing, suggesting amazing places to visit, and explaining how to get around. She also helped us book a fantastic tour to the Princes' Islands. By the end of our vacation, Adeliya felt more like a friend than just hotel staff.

The breakfast was good, but 40-30 min before closure, don't expect to find all the options available. Location was good, near a district with a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars, still on a rather quiet street. The staff was helpful. Reasonable price overall from what I have searched before.

We liked the friendly and very supportive staff, especially Rodriguez who helped us with issues with our Istanbulkart! The calm atmosphere in general on all floors. There is a beautiful cafe area downstairs near the reception. The rooms were well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The locations is very convenient and really close to the tram station and the ferries as well as Istiklal street and galata Tower.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from many of the city’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Some of the attractions are Galata Tower, Galataport and karakoy streets l, istiqlal street and many others. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Istanbul!
